A highly dynamic and multifaceted individual, Ramesh is a seasoned Technology and Business professional with over 35 years of experience in India and United States. His professional experience includes working in responsible positions across organizations like Tata Motors, DHL, Whirlpool, DXC (formerly CSC), Black Knight Financial Services, and MasterCard India.

Ramesh has a flair for helping startups and SMEs worldwide. His consulting expertise and strategic intelligence help smaller businesses scale up convincingly and sustainably. In addition to IT and finance, Ramesh’s expertise extends to product development and management to help companies succeed across every phase of the product life cycle. His vertical Industry expertise includes Manufacturing, Logistics and Insurance.

Mrs. Asha Mirakhur, Partner

Mrs. Asha Mirakhur has been a partner at IT-Yukti since 2017. She’s been one of the major driving forces of the organization with her vision, diverse experience, extensive research capabilities, and phenomenal decision-making abilities.

A post-graduate in statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Asha’s rich and varied professional ventures include working as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai), serving the energy modeling sector where she authored five papers, working with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad briefly. In addition, she was part of various projects at Kent State University (KSU) as the Statistics Lead. Asha has also been in an analytical role with Progressive Insurance.

As an authority in research and analytics, Asha’s role primarily involves research, analysis, and driving growth through transformation for IT-Yukti’s clients. Her personality is evident in her initiatives in the field of education.
